Our coffee machine trade-in programme gives you credit towards a new machine, even if your current one is a bit worse for wear (yes, even if it’s broken!).


Whether you’ve got a Barista Express, Dual Boiler, or anything in between, we’ll give you a trade-in valuation and help you choose the best upgrade for how you actually make coffee at home.

 

We’re a small team of coffee lovers based in Bristol, and we’ve spent years helping people get the best from their home machines. You don’t need to visit us in person — you can simply send us a photo, post your machine in, and we’ll deliver your new one straight to your door.


But if you are local and fancy popping into our Bristol showroom, we’d love to show you around. You can get hands-on with the machines, explore the latest features, and chat with someone who actually knows what they’re talking about — no pressure, just good coffee chat.

2. Get your trade-in value

We’ll get in touch to let you know what your machine is worth as a trade-in.

3. Send in your machine

We’ll give you all the info you need to post your machine to us (or drop it off in person, if you prefer). Once it arrives, we’ll give it a quick check to make sure it matches what you’ve told us — nice and simple.

4. Receive your new machine

If you’re visiting us in-store, you can walk away with your new machine the same day.

If you’re trading in online, we’ll send you a code for your trade-in value — just use it at checkout to order your upgrade through our website. A few days later, your brand new machine will be making itself at home on your kitchen counter.
