We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping.

• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below £200, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. This includes processing and shipping times.

• Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during our working hours on weekdays.

• Processing and dispatch usually occur within one working day after the order is placed, contributing to the overall 2–3-day delivery timeframe.

5. Order Tracking

• You will receive tracking information for your order via email once it has been dispatched.

• Tracking is provided by our courier partners, primarily DPD.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• At this time, we do not ship to locations outside the UK.

• There are no specific restrictions on the products we ship.
